Refund Policy

Digital goods

Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once the files have been downloaded.

When we do refund

• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• The files are corrupt or materially different from the product description.
• Payment succeeded but delivery failed and we cannot resolve it.

How to request

Contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the problem. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 working days.
